According to the basic principle "As much autonomy as possible, as much medical care as necessary" Waldruhe offers 82 people individual housing forms with outpatient character.

• Living groups for 4 - 8 persons with specific help and support concepts
• Living groups for people with greater care and support requirements 
• External living groups and individual apartments in the village 
• External living groups and individual living units in neighbouring locations

Clients in own dwellings within the scope of the outpatient supervised living programme are also looked after. When there is a change from our inpatient area into assisted living, we offer the continued support of the reference person for the individual.

The foundation of our work is the uniqueness of every person and his right to self-determination. The work is based on the basic conviction that all people are accepted by God in their uniqueness, with all their strengths and weaknesses. Therefore every individual has his personal value as such, independent of social status or evaluations.
